When you contact us, we use your details to understand your enquiry and reply to you.

What we collect

Our enquiry form asks for your name, email address, organisation or project, the kind of problem, and your description. Please avoid including passwords, financial account details, or sensitive personal information in the message.

What we do with it

We use the information to respond, discuss a possible project or exploration, and manage related correspondence. Submitted enquiries are stored in a database available to the site owner through a restricted inbox. We do not sell your enquiry details.

Spam protection and measurement

The form uses a hidden field and a submission limit to reduce automated spam. The limit temporarily stores a hash derived from your network address and an hourly time window; the raw address is not stored in our enquiry database. Expired limit records are removed as new enquiries arrive. We count submitted enquiries and aggregate clicks on the WhatsApp links to understand interest. We do not use analytics cookies or track people across websites. A click count does not confirm a conversation happened.

Service providers and other sites

Our site and enquiry database run on ChatGPT Sites infrastructure, including Cloudflare services. Enquiry data may be processed outside Nigeria. The site loads fonts from Google. If you choose the WhatsApp link, you will leave our website and WhatsApp’s own privacy terms will apply.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries while they are needed for our conversations and business records. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your enquiry, subject to any legal or legitimate recordkeeping need.
